Due to the nature of digital products and service-based work, our refund policy is structured as follows.

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products sold on DaniyalQaiser.com are:

  • Delivered electronically
  • Instantly accessible or downloadable
  • Non-tangible and irrevocable once delivered

Therefore:

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Excel templates
  • Design files
  • Marketing frameworks
  • Downloadable guides
  • Any other digital assets

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, we will assist you in resolving the issue — but this does not qualify for a refund.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Due to the time, strategy, and intellectual effort involved in providing digital marketing services:

No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Strategy planning
  • Research
  • Content creation
  • Campaign setup
  • Design work
  • Ad management
  • Consultation
  • Administrative setup

Once project execution begins, payments become non-refundable.

4. Payment Structures

Our payment terms may vary depending on the project scope and agreement. These may include:

  • 50% upfront + 50% upon completion
  • 100% advance payment
  • Monthly retainer (100% advance from second month onward)
  • Post-payment agreements (as mutually agreed in writing)

Regardless of payment structure:

  • Work begins only after agreed payment terms are met.
  • Once work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
  • Failure to complete remaining payments may result in service suspension.

5. Project Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a service:

  • Before work begins: Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • After work begins: No refunds will be issued.
  • Mid-project cancellation: No refunds for completed or ongoing work.

All delivered assets up to the cancellation date remain billable.

6. Revisions & Dissatisfaction

Client satisfaction is important. However:

  • Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction.
  • Revisions are provided according to agreed scope.
  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after receiving services or digital products is considered a breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery and service completion to payment processors.
  • Suspend ongoing services.
  • Restrict future purchases.
  • Take necessary legal action if required.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Daniyal Qaiser.

Such decisions are final and not subject to negotiation.
